this building has so many things wrong with it, i dont know where to start.
first, the hallways are dark and dirty, with really poor lighting. the elevators are slow and dirty and frequently bring you to the wrong floor. one day i tried to take the stairs, which is to be used for emergencies, such as fires, etc.. and it was locked from the outside. so if there was a fire, and people were using this supposed "fire tower" they would have been trapped in the building. the kitchen cabinets shouldnt have doors, they always just swing open.
you can hear mice, bugs and who knows what else climbing in the walls if you are quiet. mice in the apartments are nothing new, as well as bugs that come in from all kinds of cracks.
the workmanship is reallly poor, like painting etc. the windows are hideous covered with tape marks and really really dirty, which is impossible to get clean no matter how much you clean it.
the stove top has an oven over it, about one foot above, making it impossible to use the back two burners without a lot of awkwardness.
they have been "updating" the fire system for months, and you hear the alarms being tested constantly. not in a way that is normal testing, but excessively. not the alarm would matter, because you'd still be trapped in the building. the ceilings are stained from water dripping in from the above apartment's air conditioning units.
the managment staff is totally incompetent and never seems to know what is going on with anything.
