"I'm loving it" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I just moved into the Duffield House a month ago. I absolutely have no complaints regarding the building, my apartment, or the staff. Everyone is very helpful & the attitude in which you're assisted is always pleasant. However, I must admit that the parking lot isn't very safe for vehicles after lights out. Unfortunately my car stereo was stolen about one week ago. I guess it's all a part of living in a not-so-safe area in Philadelphia. But as far as the Duffield House & the interior of the building, I'm impressed. And trust me, if this building were in terrible condition, I would not have even applied for a place let alone live here. Also I feel I should mention I haven't had an issues with vermin infestation (mice, roaches, etc.) none what-so-ever! I hope someone finds this helpful! Happy moving :)
