I've been a long time resident here and have seen changes that those new to the Duffield are just not aware of.This building pales in comparison to it's former self. Physically it's in very poor condition from the dark & dank hallways to the unsecure and unsafe parking lot.Security which was a deciding factor in my initial decision to move here is now non-existent.The doormen whose positions were elimanated recentley performed a number of functions from an additional secuity presence,to correctly handling our packages to announcing our wanted guest or detering those who were unwanted. These and other amenities to numerous to mention are now just gone. The only factor that continues to raise is the rent. With no aparent increase in sevices. The pool is nice but very dated. I live here and miss greatly the feeling of home that earmarked the feeling that Duffield House use to have.I'm soon to vacate this residence but urge those considering moving here to earnestly seek other more suitable alternatives. PS.the Problems here are note intirely the office manager fault. She and her assistant are relatively new. I hold Duffield Management Corp.totally responsible for the dilapidated condition of this location.
