I moved here in September 2005. The building is very quite. I have not had any problems with noise. I do not have a mice or bug problem. The staff has been very helpful and very nice. So far I cannot complain about the Duffield house. My apartment is a very nice size. I have enjoyed my time thus far and having a very pleasant experience. I would definitely suggest the Duffield House to potential renters.
