All utilities included but definitely not worth it to move here.

1. Price- The rent is not so bad for what you get. You get all utilities included which is great because you don't have to worry about any added expense. This might be the only good point about the apartment.

2. Location- We mainly moved here because of the location. It's easy to get to kelly Dr and only takes about 15 min to the city. This is the only thing keeping us here.

3. When I first moved here my car was vandalized. They tried breaking in by prying open the door handle but must have stopped prematurely because nothing was taken from the car. The management's solution was to get their monthly garage parking which I did. Then a couple of months later I purchased a new car and not even before breaking in the car it was broken into the same exact way. To make matters worse, the next day they stole my wife's car. We did not get that back. The police officer who took our report told us that over 60 cars were vandalized that weekend. The only good thing that came out of this is that they caught the guy and he is currently undergoing a trial.

4. Security- I'm sure you must have heard about the girl who got raped at one of the apartment complexes. Well, that apartment complex isn't too far away. This whole neighborhood is not that safe. Don't get me wrong, you're not going to get shot walking outside. The problem with our apartment, even though they have a electronic key to get into the building, is that residents in the apartment keep the side exits propped open. It's usually these stupid college kids doing it. Any intruder could easily enter the building this way.

5. Staff= The manager and leasing consultant and the maintenance people are about the only good thing about the place. I don't how good they are with their job but they are pleasant to talk to. I have a complaint with my apartment now (a new one) and let me see how long it will take to fix.

6. The MICE
yes there are mice and they're smart because I haven't caught the damn thing yet.

7. The airconditioning and heating in the house work and you don't have to pay extra, but that's not the problem. The insulation and windows in the apartment are not good. This makes the temperature in each room different. In the winter our bedroom is freezing but the living room will be at the proper temp. Turing up the heat is the only solution, but then the temp becomes unbearable for the people in the other bedrooms.

8. college students-- These guys make way too much noise. With the paper thin windows and walls, it can get quite loud. They throw beer bottle and furniture out their balcony. They have vandalized the front lobby.

9. Don't ever drive through the entrance with the spikes. It punctured one of my new tires so bad I had to purchase a new one. It cost about $300 for a stupid tire.

good points-- everything included in the rent (utilities), the staff, convenient location to the city, garage for a fee ( worth the expense if you have a nice car), service elevator (makes moving in easier), the apartments are huge

Bad points- college kids can get rowdy and leave the side doors open (not safe), bad crime area according to the cops and I definitely can attest to that, the mice (still haven't caught the one we have), the fire alarm (enough is enough)

Overall if I had to do it over again I definitely would not move here.
This is all I could think of now.
