Maintenance staff is good, Roy is the man! Office staff has always been friendly, both Janet and Kathy. Staff and maintenance are both above average for this area, based on my experience. Parts of the building are in rough shape, but we'll see how these renovations go. Parking lot would be better if it was well lit and gated, but there is a garage (at an extra cost).

Did Kathy pay you to write this rhetoric or, are you simply on drugs??? The Duffield House, or as most people refer to it - The Dogfield House, is and has been a festering boil (boil - noun; an inflamed pus-filled swelling) on the ass of the world!! Roy is the man? He use to pay me to buy him alcohol! I did it (once) because I thought it would make him more pleasant because I did him a favor. The entire staff is horribly offensive, rude and, as much as I hate using this word because it may sound inflametory, but, when it comes to their work, they are just plain stupid. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but reality hurts. Oh, and one last little tidbit. When I had an actual emergency on a Saturday, the maintenance person on call refused to respond "because he was sleeping". After I complained, he coneniently showed up - repeatedly banging and banging on my door. When I let him in, he proceeded to (I swear, no exaggeration) got to within 1 or 2 inches of my face and, with extreme anger threaten to beat the crap out of me if I ever did that again. Although this wasn't Roy, it was Detris (spelling?). During Xmass, I would be sure to donate money to many groups and causes. In no way, shape or form did I ever give so much as a penny in protest to the Duffield staff. They weren't even worth that. Collectively, the entire staff are animals that often make most peoples stay there EXTREMELY uncomfortable, insecure and sometimes even threatening. Although I am one tenant writing this, it is NOT AN OPINION. Through meetings and other discussions, I can assure you that it accurately represents the collective position and conscience of the other renters.
