I've lived here since December and it's not the worst apartment experience I have had but for the money it could be better. I enjoy using the gym and not having to pay utilities. I do no have any rodent problems and aside from an occasional draft from my balcony window I don't have much to complain about. The situation with the fire alarm needs to be improved because since I have been there it has falsely gone of roughly once a month and rarely for less than 30 minutes. They are also in the process of renovating the whole place so we'll see how that turns out.

Overall I doubt I could've found anything with the amenities I have for the price I pay.
