Unless you are up for a fire alarm at LEAST once a month at perfect times of the day such as 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM, and MICE DAILY in your apartment that you strive to keep free of crumbs and food, DONT MOVE HERE! Yeah, they're renovating and the lobby looks nice, but that means nothing if the living experience is miserable, which it is. All they have done for us for the mouse issue is put a block of poison in our kitchen, which is hardly drastic enough for the severity of the issue. I do not recommend this apartment building at all. Keep looking!

You are right concerning the fire alarms. I lived there 2 years ago and the fire alarms were going off at least every month and always in the middle of the night. It's too bad the problem still exists. I did not have a problem with the mice.
