Not only are the people in the leasing office rude and inattentive their maintenance staff is well below average in fixing any problems that occur and the time in which they do it. Besides that fact the fire alarms go off at all hours and no explanation is given as to why it happens or why it has not been fixed. Overall the building has a nice external appearance but it has been one headache after another whether it is dealing with the staff or the constant annoyances that arise from their lack of performance in general. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a place, especially after being lied to face to face by management about the constant problems. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and an extreme disappointment.
