I lived in the Duval for a year and i must say that it was a half pleasure to live there. For the price point i thought the apartments were great. Comfortable enough that you could call it home. Problems arouse during the winter and summer seasons regarding the heat. It was extreeeeeemly hot all the time. It truly puts you to sleep because it is so hot. Another downfall is the tenants, they are noosey and all in everybody's business especially the older residents. With them beside you, below and above you cannot have a normal life. That was the biggest problem for me, they run and tell management everything. You' re too loud your guests are to loud it got on my last nerves! The laundry room was a plus except that it closed at 11pm. Management and the maintenance both sucked with their attitudes but hey thats half of the world. ALL IN ALL FOR PRICE YES, OTHERWISE NO

I love DUVAL and to the person asking about rodents mice and roaches never seen a one a day in my life all 5 years me and my 4 kids been here and believe me it was a night or 2 that the dishes didnt get done and nothing, its very affordable and really made a great home for my children not just a place to stay . . . you should check it out

Sounds a little disgruntled about something other than the apartment. Don't take too much from those who choose to be "anonymous". To me it seems like you just want to bad mouth.
