I have lived at the Duval for almost 5years. The apartment it self is great. It could have a little more closet space but for the most part it is ok. But the walls are SUPER THIN..... I can hear my neighboors conversation. I might as well be in the same room as them. The wall are so thin I can hear there alarm clock go off. The parking is the WORST unless you have reserved parking. Some of the windows need to be replaced. If you are one that goes to bed early and you happen to get a apartment next to someone that has kids, forget about it. My personal overall rating for this apartment is 7.5. But hey that's me......
