The apts have mice, the walls are very thin. You can hear people as they are walking in the halls, as well as in the apartments right next to you. Maintenance is horrible. they don't come in a timely manner and it takes several attempts to fix any problem. The plumbing is old and stops up quite often. They have allowed several young people to move in, leaving many floors reaking of marijuana. Something that is not supposed to be allowed. The neighbors are very nosey. Although there is a parking lot, there is not enough space for all cars leaving tenants to park on the street. There is littl e to no parking available on the street due to the fact that there are several buldings one that block. There is also a safety issue with cars being broken into in the lot and on the street. Lastly management is horrible. The communication between management and the tenants is basically non-existent. Management is also very disrespectful and rude, favoring tenants that have been there for a period of ten years and more.
