Best place to live in Philly

I am half way through my lease and have absolutely no complaints. It is expensive to live here, but what do you expect' You are in CC, right on the river, have a parking spot, and are close to highways out of the city. Plus you have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in every unit. No community laundry room for someone to sift through your panties. Everything is brand new and maintenance fixes anything that isn't. Utility bills are cheap (at least for my studio). The doormen/women are always helpful and always great you politely when you walk in. There are free cookies (delicious), coffee, and tea in the lobby. The leasing reps are great. Sharee helped me pick out my apartment and whenever I see her she is still always up for conversation and wants to know if I have any concerns. The trains are loud, but if you close your window you don't hear them. I really can't find one thing wrong with it.
