PHA placed me here after a fire in the last building I lived in. This place has roaches, rodents and thousand legs too. and the people here are even worse than the bugs. last summer some crazy tenant set her apt. on fire becuse she was being evicted, there is a lady down the hall from me with 7 kids in a 3 bedroom apartment, the trashy people that live here sit out in front of the building talking trash all summer long and management pays it no mind.

Good luck getting any repairs tended to in this place. If you get PHA assistance, you might get some small requests taken care of. And plan on going to the laundry mat to wash your clothes. the office locks up the laundry room at night and when the office staff is not available which is almost always. The building is FILTHY! and over run with bad kids. and even badder parents. rapists, drug dealers and junkies live here. Be Careful and rent elsewhere these guys even shot up a cop car in the parking lot
