My experience has been bearable here, but not ideal. I have not had my ceiling cave in from water damage like many other people have, but I did have problems with mice. They did a big extermination which seems to at least have temporarily taken care of that problem.

The water problem is definitely an issue - there have been weeks where we have no water at all every night, but they generally let us know ahead of time.

The doormen are okay, but the women in the Philadelphia Management office are awful. The building does have a lot of character because it is older, which is very different from many of the incredibly boring apartments elsewhere in Philly.
