This is the worst apartment building I have EVER lived in. The rents are high, the apartment building (and lobby) constantly smells like smoke. The doormen are lazy and lock the door so despite the fact that you pay for a doorman building, you constantly have to root out your keys to get in. And that is NOT the worst part; that is the constant fire alarms and pipe burstings. Today, a pipe burst and at least three apartments (and peoples' belongings) were destroyed, and water is out in the entire building. This happens 2-3 times a year and I live in fear my apartment is next. Last year they tested the fire alarms for weeks on end and that is all you would hear all day and all night long. Don't live here!!!!!!!!!!
