I lived here for two years. The rent was resonable, the maintenance people were prompt and if you're nice to the door people, they're wonderful back. Packages were kept safe until my return and I loved the location. The location was actually really great, everyday I'd walk to work further into center city and then walk to class at Penn. Wood floors, plaster walls, cute tiled bathroom, if you have any style at all you can bring the little white apartments to life. Mine was a 12x20 room with a small (hallway-like) kitchen and a separate bathroom. Not the smallest available but perhaps the 2nd smallest. I loved it.
