Would NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy From: snubianduo@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   This place is NOT worth the rent. No parking after 8 pm. Located next to the ghettos of Germantown. Walk a few blocks and you are in a dangerous, scary place. Cars vandalized at night. Someone punctured my car tire for no reason and even my friends car was vandalized IN THE GARAGE!!!! Front desk staff is ghetto and drugged out. The maninetnanc men make inappropriate comments to women when called upon to fix something in your apratment. Kitchen Ceiling leaks and bathroom cieling peeling. Fruit flies all over the kitchen. Windows are drafty and no heat is provided even though it's supposed to be free. Leasing agent is unprofessional and overworked. STAY FAR AWAY!
