This place is just that. A piece of ----!!!! too bad it's one of the only affordable places around, but i guess that's why it's so cheap. When i moved in it wasn't too bad, but as time went on, this place just revealed more and more of its shortcomings. #1 it is a mess. the maintenance is not very good at all. the basement looks like a prime spot to get raped and the at night there is no lighting to the side door. #2, security is non existent. it's a "gated" community but it might as well not be. if you live here, you need a swipe card to open up the gate...nice attempt! but if you just sit there long enough, the guard inside will open it for you anyway...they don't care who you are. and that's if the thing where you swipe your card actually works. #3, if you're here during a snow storm....better not plan to leave your apartment for a week! we only got 4 inches of snow and ice, but thye didn't do ANYTHING!!!! I got stuck in a parking spot, finally got out, and when i came back they were still in the same condition. I didn't want to go back in a spot in fear of i wouldn't be able to get out again. I went in to complain, all they said was "i'm sorry, there's nothing i can do. they're just going to wait for the snow to melt" well NEWSFLASH. it's winter....snow doesn't usually melt too quickly. i said that's rediculous. The staff here doesn't care about anyone or anything. they don't want to help you, they just want your money from you and once they have that, your lease here is a year of hell. getting out ASAP!

You are so right I cant wait to move out of these projects. Did you hear about the convience store being robbed last week???? There is more to come.

To truelyhappy i agree with you on some points. I lived here for 7 yrs and i never had a problem with the management. If you behave you won't have any complaints. How long are you living here?(truelyhappy)
