i lived in this apartment community for several years and saw it at what was probably its pinnacle and watched it quickly deteriorate. a fair portion of the clientele they cater to is the scourge of the earth, who lack common respect for their neighbors. very often, i was faced with loud music, laud talking, and the smell of marijuana, and other controlled substances at obscene hours of the early morning and throughout the day. the property is horribly maintained. the floors in the basement are coated with filth and i rarely saw any cleaning staff on my floor to vacuum the corridors and empty the common area's waste basket. the stinch in the trashroom was overwhelming. the garage door was always broken and had to remain open so that those who paid for secured parking often got unsecured parking. cars were routinely burgularized and vandalized. there was a robbery on the premises that involved the deli and the dry cleaners that the staff failed to notify residents of. this place is absolutely tragic. additionally, the outside premises are not safely maintained. the arms on the premises which allow traffic in and out of the complex are routinely broken, the snow is never shoveled until HOURS after the snow has fallen, which endangers the safety of residents. as a resident, i could no longer tolerate this lack lustre care and maintenance. please do not rent here.
