not that bad...only have to pay electric and it's only high if you actually run it up...mine's usually about forty bucks, higher if we use the heat or air...no mice for me...neighbors can be loud yes...but that's them no the building owners...and if you chose to live there for three years when it's only a 6 or 12 month lease why are you complaining?

Some people can't move out right away. I was there for 4 years also and couldn't wait to get out of the place. In the summer there are loud parties at the pool and the staff does nothing to improve the level of noise coming from them. Like the person said the staff has no idea what they are doing, they are unfriendly and would pretend like they were going to address your issue when you were talking them but days, weeks and months would go by and nothing would be done no matter how much you followed up. There was a manager there named Joseph when I lived there and he was the worst offender of actions like this. I would get referred to him to make my complaints and he would be very friendly to my face but would get nothing accomplished. He would tell me how much he understood what I was saying and that he would address my concerns but in the end it was always an empty promise. If you are smart enought to visit this site please take the comments of disapproval very serious. I understand that every building will have noise issues and things like that but there are many problems outside of that with this building and you should look as hard as you can to live somewhere before moving into this place.
