Please, for God's sake, do not move here. It's an OK place to live but when it comes time for you to move out, they will try to ROB you of your security deposit. They will charge you to clean the apartment even if you left it squeaky clean. (They say it's their policy). I paid over $700 in security deposits and they are trying to only give me back just about $300. KEEP ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK when you move in. These people are ridiculous. I am currently fighting for my money because they filed alot of false charges to my account that had to be removed because they couldn't back up their charges. They also take way over a month to give you your deposit back after you move out. RENTERS BEWARE.
If you wanna move here, keep your paperwork. I can't say it enough.

I can't wait until my lease is up either - I made a mistake by moving to ELT - I'm sorry that I did it. I should have figured something was arry when the leasing officer gave me such a great move in deal and pressed me so hard to take it. I'm really disturbed!

I think current management just working hard to get all these negative reviews for this otherwise nice place to live. They may be interested to bankrupt this property and then some interested party will buy it for nothing. As to security deposit, for crying out loud -- this is their policy! they just do not return it. You must read your lease agreement before you sign it!

In response to the last post....I would have read the lease if they would let me have a copy of it. Every time I tried to get one they said the machine was down and when I signed for the apartment the lease wasn't attached. I asked about it and they said since it was almost closing time so they didn't have an extra copy but they went over what was "basically on the lease". Don't make judgements if you don't know what really happened. Is it their policy to keep half your deposit and say you never paid that much money? NO. I had receipts proving how much I paid and had to take it to the company that owns ELT in order to get my full deposit back and that took almost 3 months. THis is no joke, I am a regular comsumer like everyone else and have no business intention with that property. BAsed on your response, I won't be suprised if it's someone from management that wrote it ;)
