I don't believe any of those negative reviews. I think somebody generated those reviews to keep price low. Very cool place. It has some downsides, but, people -- even sun has dark spots on it. 1) It is so cheap, that even if it true, that management will steal your security deposit (which would make your room 8% more) it is still very good value. 2) Service OK, one day I lock myself out, they unlock my room in no time. Well than what wrong in here, you may ask. I think (My believes, only)that some sort of drug mafia nested on this building floors, and keep things a bit looser, than they might be. To say they have pretty interesting consuetude, to hide their stuff in other people units. They spotting rooms in which people usually away all the time and use it as temporal storage, hiding their staff behind refrigerators and even (!) in toilet tanks in small waterproof bags. That later custom I am finding especially cute. But, everything else just fine. To say: it is quite. Shower -- perfect, and I live on the top floor! A lot of comfort and very little if any bad spots.

That's because you haven't been there long enough...I rented fromt here and paid mym rent on time every month...I borrowed a vacuum to shampoo the carpets when i was leaving and was still charged $65 to clean the apt. When I called about it, they said they charge everyone that when they leave. I left there in October and I am still getting back parts of my security deposit because it was incorrect when they gave it back. It doesn't matter how good of a tenant you are, they get you when you moving out.

Man! This is exactly what I said! No problema, the longer you stay the cheaper (that damn security deposit lost)it goes. Look -- firs year it aprox 8.4% to your monthly rate, next year it is already just 4%! And so on, the longer you stay the less your lost!
If you rent any other place it may be only more expensive.
