Empirian Property Management strives to provide our residents with a fulfilling living experience. We encourage all residents to communicate any needs or concerns to us so that we can find an appropriate solution. It is unfortunate that some residents violate lease terms which require that we take necessary action to remedy. We hope that all prospective residents reading comments on this or any other site consider the potential situations that contribute to negative remarks. We invite you to visit our community and discover for yourself our commitment to superior customer service.

This is not true. My apartmnent was in tip top shape at the time of my departure. I borrowed a vacuum to have the carpets shampooed only to find out that they charge everyone $65 when they leave to have the apts cleaned. I have been fighting with Empirian for over 3 months to get back my security deposits. I keep getting handed over to everyone and I'm tired of it. I was told that I would receive my deposit in the mail and up to this point I have not received it. No one can explain to me how my money disappeared. This is not good business and I am a good customer...my rent was on time every month the apt was cleaned when i left. Why is it taking 3 months to get my security deposit back?!

The note posted sounds nice, in theory, but Empirian Management does not follow this in practice. I have voiced numerous concerns with both office personnel and maintenance staff. The responses are not timely, and the requests are met with much disrespect and indignation.

Well? "It is unfortunate that some residents violate lease terms" with all consequences, but it is also unfortunate that there are other, which do not violate anything, yet ELT Management remain very eager to "take ALL necessary action to remedy" as well.
Good news for both sides -- nobody would really read these reviews.
So may be it is good time to try to find some sort of Management above management residing in ELT leasing office? May be there is somebody out their, who may help you communicate in those pitiful situations? After all, time is a sort of currency as well.
