At 1st site this place looks great till you moove inn and see This place is a POS !
Maintanance & the management are a joke !
Everything about it screams GHETTO !
The dry cleaners are half --- ..cant do alterations cant get stains out sant do anything !
Hair salon ..well the ppl are rude as SHHHH>>>>
is horribly dirty doesent look like its been really cleaned in years their "tools"
are discustingly dirty !
The fabulous gym ..isnt so fabulous ...after haiving 1950s equipment they upraded to the 1980s ...2 so so treadmills ..
the all in one gym set is broken only 2 maybe 3 things work ..
the ski simulator (soo 80s in purple )
is down and did I mention the good old bike that looks like its been though ww1 & 2..lol !
the mini deli is cool for grabbing some water or some pree packaged item
I made the misstake of getting something made to eat & was sick for days !!!!!!
this place is pet friendly but the only prob is that
tenants dont care & have untrained dgs that constantly barbk did I mention you can always find Dog piss in evevators ,& somethimes even their wste not to mention the wrappers of candy ! The hallways smell of various drugs being smooked ...appartaments are old and something always breaks ..always !
Never gets really fixed ..Never !
Your requests to have something fixed takes weeks to get done !
Them always seem to be fixing something or attempting to do so in mornings its always banging away !
My advice to any one considering to moove inn here DON't SAVE YOUR MONEY & LOOK EALSE WHERE !

I have to agree with you. I am amused at the number of glowingly positive reviews that have been posted on this site. When I moved in it had less than a 40% approval rating now it is over 50%. I was starting to wonder where all these people lived because it sure wasn't where I lived. People talk about it being cheap but does anyone stay long enough to experience the glorious rent increase? In 18months my base rent has gone up approximately $150/month.

I lived here for almost a year and i am not renewing my lease... most of your points were on the mark... but my main reason was the animal waste in the elevators... that did it for me... first thing in the morning, heading to work and having to ride an elevator that had dog urine on the floor.... sucks!!
