When I moved in the complex there was issues as expected with any development this size. Two years later I would like to present my observations with the hope that management would acknowledge what is happening to our home and their business.

1. The leasing office staff is professional, kind and polite.
2. The receptionist during the day is always friendly when helping to retrieve your deliveries.
3. It is great to have a flower shop, deli, barber shop, hair salon (although a bit pricey), dry cleaner, day care, and dentist (who is fantastic) in the building.
4. The off hours security staff is unbelievable, they open the gates for anyone that drives up no questions asked. When calling the front desk they sound as though you have awakened them from a sound sleep and never have an answer to your questions.
5. The laundry room has been relamped but still smell of mold and mildew. There are only a few washers and dryers working at a time and tenants leave their laundry in the machines for long lengths of time after the cycle has completed.
6. Parking is available although clearly abandoned cars are allowed to litter the area. There is in door parking available which is great at an additional cost but when others are permitted to park in spaces that are not designated to them the management does nothing to correct the problem.
7. The swimming pool was open this year (closed for the entire summer of 08) and looks great, the children seem to be having a great time.
8. The tennis courts are closed for what I thought was the construction for the new fitness center being advertised. Last summer no pool, this summer no tennis court. Maybe next year.
9. One service elevator works and if you are not a tenant you don t know that you have to continually press the open button when you are at your floor or you will be taken back to the basement. This is the elevator that even the workers don t use. Front elevators are always filthy with cigar tobacco, pet urine, cigarette butts, etc.
10. The corridor on the floor that I live on is a disgrace rarely vacuumed and cleaned. The carpeting is soiled and stained condom rapers and snack bags just thrown about. I am too embarrassed to invite guests over because of the appearance of the common areas.
11. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in and I love it the views are breath taking. Updated appliances, individual heat/air control for each room.
12. The maintenance staff is always courteous and efficient when serving my unit and even in the common areas.
13. I am surprised that there is no pet policy for the size and breed of dogs allowed. There are young people walking pit bulls in the building and on the grounds.
14. As I am writing this review the fire alarm went off about 5:00 am and it is now 8:30 am and still alarming.

There is no tenant committee in place to address concerns and issues so I have selected this format with the hope that some of the issues could be addressed and prospective tenants are forearmed. I have no axe to grind, this could be a great place and I would like to live here two more years, but considering the above mention concerns I am giving careful thought about my future with Emperian Luxury Towers.

I have to agree with both of you 100%. For example, when an individual can park a luxury vehicle in a no parking zone with the top down and leave it there for hours on end without it being towed or broken into, what does that tell you? Unsavory characters are lurking my friends. Be very careful as management really does not care. They offer very good lip service.

Wow right on it ! But if you ask me you were abit too nice giving the review ! I myself have been here 3yr the gate is just there for show ! All the things in bld are great exept the deli's food is so so if you want to be over charged and heart burn you must go there . The dry cleaners well less than knowligable or very good ! (there's an exelent place a few blocks up the street) Now to the pool yes the dirty pool it actualy very small for the size of the copmlex. The pool is full of bad ass kids and teens who spash and cuss . The parking is a joke ! Elevators are well filty often w/dog pee ! Stairs have drug parefenalia all over ! Your neigbors are mostly incosidirette bastards who blast their music all times of day /night , not to mention the loud dog barking . The apartment it self has its problems ! Lets start with the windows ! Are dirty and cant seem to be cleaned no matter what you do ! The heathers are old are often don't work especialy in middle of summer and winter is always great ! Carpets are horrible havent been replaced since the 90's I'm sure ! The management is less than interested with the problems and the maitanance work rarely gets done ! Fire alarms constantly are going off and you don't know if its a prank or a real fire ! When calling the security they always anwser with an attitude as if you're forcing them to be here ! Since the new management has taken over things have been coming down a hill ! As you drive up there are huge signs offering free rent amondst other things if you will only sign a lease , which is a sign of how desparate they are ! Luxury ??? Ahhh where is it ? I know that some of the newer people who mooved in here din't go through the tidius credit and criminal backround check as I did when looking to lease ! Did I mention that there are drug dealers living here ....yes such upstanding citizens ! What ever you do I recomend you do not moove here !
