Lots of room!

Two big bedrooms with a full dining room & huge living room, one bath room, for 750, plus electric, and plus 30 if you want to park off the street. Sounds like a good deal, but the area is questionable, and so is the maintence. Never a problem getting a spot in the lot. They have so many layers of pain of everything that its chipping, and cracking all over the place. We had a leak in our bath room from the apt above us, their toilet was leaking, and it took 3 calls to the manager to get someone to fix it. Now we just have a giant yellow and blue spot on the ceiling from what leaked out of their toilet. Maintence had 6 weeks notice before we moved in, and they waited until the day before to prepare the apt, we couldnt shower for 3 days due to the finish they put on the tub, and when they sealed the hard wood floors, they didnt bother to sweep up all the small debris on the floor, so now its embeded onto the floor. Not to metion, when we got here it wasnt dry, so it would peel up like rubber cement any time something rubbed across the floor. You also get your occasional mouse and small roach visiting. Besides all of that, the grounds are kept in good condition due to the landscapers who make a lot of noise in the parking lot. Oh speaking of noise, if your gona live near the lot, expect to get real annoyed with the gate, it beeps when it opens and closes. The staff are all pretty nice and friendly, and obviously, lots of room is a plus.
