If you are planning to move to this project-like bdlg, please beware of the following:
There are roaches, stray cats, and trash pickers around the bldg. Your car will get broken into, and maintenance sucks. More than that, MONICA is a B-I-T-C-H. If there is a problem with your apt, be prepared to deal with fire. Monica is horrible. Nothing gets fixed unless you complain and threaten ESKRO. All Real properties cares about is your money. Whatever you do, don't be fooled by the pretty courtyard and hard-wood floors. The people in this apartment are GHETTO and kids make lots of noise. Basement area is scary and apartment building is old and unsafe. Please take my advise and move elsewhere!!!
