First let me say please do not be fooled by the outside appearnce of this place!! It is absolutely the worst place I have lived... I moved in last summer and by the winter I was complaining.

1. The heat did not come on when it was scheduled to and the heat is not individually controlled, and it gets so hot in there, several tenants had air conditoners on in the middle of the winter. I stayed sick all last winter because I needed to keep the windows open so I could breathe. I could not invite company over because the heat was unbearable.

2. I had a plumbing problem that had to be treated twice because whatever they said they did the first time they didn't do! Once they fixed it they blamed it on me.

3. Bugs and mice!!! I called the day AFTER the exterminator had been to my place to complain of a mouse I heard. I called the office @ 6:22am and left a message, no one called me back when i called back in the afternoon the landlord had just come in to the office and had yet to check the machine but she would send someone up, i found out later when I got home they were there and put down traps becasue they left the trash sitting on my kitchen table. 3 days later I had a leaking toilet, Maintenance came to fix and in th eprocess and I asked if the mouse was caught and I was told yes. 2 days after that I hear yet another mouse, I page maintenance thinking since he lives in my building and i am terribly afraid of them that he could come and get the mouse out for me, he asked if I had traps, which he should have remembered putting down only days b4. he then told me he would be there in the morning! So I called my father to come, who in turn not only found the mouse stuck on a trap but found 3 other dead ones...

4. It states in the lease that cars should not be abandoned on the street and there has been a car parked and not working in front of the building for over a year now.

6. The landlord is so unprofessional she never returns calls and does not respond appropriately when approached, however if your electric or rent is due she will be sure to contact you then.

7. Hardwood floors are horrible they did not clean them before wax and putting the coating down so they chip all the time and th paint job is terrible as well.

This is so unacceptable and I will be leaving this place in 60 days, which by the way is the amount of times notice you need to give them when you break your lease. Not to mention they make it seem as though you can go month to month however, they hike the rent price up $65 if you choose that option.

AGAIN do not be fooled by the look of the building because it truly is not how it appears.
