I moved in at Evergreen Manor end of last year. At the time of leasing, managment (specially leasing manager, Jane) was very nice and helpful. Once you signed the lease, you done !!! They won't listen to your problems. They are bugs in every single apt. Major major problem is MOUSE. This is right after I moved in, one day I walked into my apartment after work and I found DEAD MOUSE in my kitchen. I took the pic and show it to maintaince. They sent exterminator next day but that's it. Problem is still there. No solution !!! If you already have signed the lease and planning to move in..I would say GOOD LUCK.

These comments are disturbing and don’t accurately reflect the care and attention given to residents of Evergreen Manor Apartments by our service staff and management. This company has been around since the 1950’s, we have well-established policies and procedures, and work hard each and every day to be fair and responsive to our residents. We maintain our buildings and our obligations. If you look at the comments posted on this same web site about our other properties (Evergreen Towers and Revere Court), which are maintained by the exact same staff, the difference is like night and day.
To be clear, we have 24-7-365 maintenance available to each of our residents in each of our apartment communities. Residents must simply call a centralized service number and place their requests. Service is performed in a courteous, professional and prompt fashion. Of course we cannot correct problems which residents don’t report, and sometimes people have come into the office trying to get out of a Lease obligation by complaining that maintenance hasn’t been performed. In each of these cases, the computer system reflects that no requests have come in from the person complaining! We have weekly FREE extermination services available to each and every unit. All the resident must do is call for the service. Obviously we cannot fix a problem until we know it exists. As far as this complaint is concerned, I suspect that this resident is upset because he wasn’t allowed out of a one year lease after about two months of residency.
I know the expression, “You can’t please all of the people all of the time” is true, but I also know that we work hard each and every day to exceed our residents’ expectations.

I have called a few times myself, and have had my request "lost".
