Loooo-ve this place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I just moved in February and I have to say that I absolutely love this place! I almost went to Park Towne but after reading all the reviews (thank you all for saving me from a nightmare!!) I decided this was close enough to the city and everything else really makes it worthwhile. The staff know us by name, they are always friendly and nice - I had 2 heavy boxes delivered to me and the doorman actually took it upstairs and delivered it to my apartment for me! Unbelievable! I have an awesome view of the city, everything gets fixed right away - and the best thing is that they don't allow undergraduate students, so there's no rowdiness, little noise, etc. The ONLY think that could be improved is the bathrooms - they are starting to show their age... but otherwise, this place is great! It's not expensive compared to the city - and worth every penny. Before I moved in, they actually renovated the whole kitchen - cut the wall down to make a breakfast bar, and put in all new appliances! How could you not love it here'''
