Given as much as these apartments cost, I would expect the noise level between apartments to be significantly less. It's pretty bad when I can hear the person next door usuing the bathroom in the morning! And if your apartment is on a lower floor on the side with the pool, forget about quiet time during the summer. But all the staff are friendly, and it's great having a washer/dryer actually inside the apartment.
