I'm transferring back home to NY for my job, but really love this place. The gym has just recently been redone and it WONDERFUL. The maintaince staff is VERY prompt with repairs. The desk staff and management are also very helpful. I went on vacation for a week and came home to fruitflies (from a rotting potato that fell out of the bag in my cabinet). I was hysterical - it was disgusting - but the very next day the management had an exterminator come out and fix the problem. Thank god! The only complaint I have is the noise (I'm facing city ave) of the traffic. Otherwise, the building itself is very quiet.
Don't listen to the other ridiculous reviews. Although pricey, it's definitely worth the comfort.
