As a young professional commuting into center city every day this is a nice compromise between city and suburbs. The location could not be more convenient and the staff is willing to go above and beyond to assist residents. One of them, even watched my cat while I was away on business. The noise can be annoying- I had a noisy neighbor, I couldn't hear through the wall but they would sit on the balcony- I reported it once and it was never a problem again. Seldom can I hear through the wall, maybe I just lucked out but I love it. The work out facility and study area are great, and although the parking lot could stand a coat of paint- it's nice to have a safe place to keep a vehicle during the week. My roommate from college lives in Iroquois and likes it, but if you can afford it why not live next to the serene monestarys of St. Joe's instead of above Taco Bell' Executive House is by far the better choice!
