It is pretty wierd that anyone would speak of management in such a terrible way. They try to go out of their way to make the residents happy, including being called out of their apartments (on site) to fix problems at all hours of the night. This is when they are seen in their pajamas. I can tell that the person who wrote the last negative review is lying. The executive house has it's fair share of problems, but management, maintenance and rodents are not a concern. If they had a roof leak, then they were living in the penthouse, and management kisses their rear ends more than anybody else. I have never experienced a residence with such few bugs and pests, and I keep my kitchen pretty dirty. I have never seen anything that remotely resembles mouse poop. My main concern with the executive house is the price of rent. It is way overpriced for the living space you get. But they have a monopoly of sorts being there isn't any nicer apartments on City Ave or the vicinity. They have been renovating the hallways for almost a year now, and only 4 floors are done out of 23. When you move in, you are under the impression your floor will be soon but thats a lie. They have 3 "in house" workers doing this work which is why it is taking soooooo long. My impression is the management is avoiding the high cost of union labor. The renovations are almost secret, avoiding the protests that would ensue outside the building by the extreme and powerful Philadelphia unions. Lastly, Allen Iverson's Rolls Royce gets to park in any illegal spot near the building, including handicapped spots. His regular presence at the property can be cause for some visiting derilects.
