Excellent alternative to center city From: flydelphia Date posted: 5/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   The Exec House is a fantastic place to live. Spacious apartments, free parking, pool/gym, excellent staff. Two features is particular, pulled me to live here. 1. Proximity to regional rail. The R5 overbrook station is literally across the street (<1 minute walk), which puts you in center city in 15 minutes. 2. the view from the higher level apartments is unparalleled. In addition, the new management is redesigning the interior with a modern flare. Overall, an excellent apartment, with excellent access to center city, combined with the ease of subruban living.
