I never thought that I would find such a nice place to live.. I used this sight , but took it all with a grain of salt.. I was very happy to see that the reviews, minus the stupid ones, were very accurate. From meeting Ed in the office for my tour. to having to opportunity to meeting Steven, the property manager, I was very pleased. These people know how to run an aprtment building. I often think of the show with "schnider" it it.... this is't it! but they do get stuff fixed! My parents thought this was a good place for me to start my carear, indoor parking, 24 hour door man, etc. I thought it was a good place to start my independence /.....my own place with my own private balcony. Steve & Ed really run this place like a complex I used to live in in NYC, but at the Philly rates.. Great Job Guys, this place workes for many of us....
