I am coming up on the completion of my lease and will be moving out due to the purchase of a home, but I enjoyed my time here. The apartment was in excellent shape, loved the deck. Good size for a 1-bedroom apartment.
The pool and gym were average, nothing special, but nice amenities.
I used the hard wired DSL with no problems through Verizon Wireless. It was nice because you didn't have to have a land line. I just lived by my cell phone.
I had DIRECTV with no problems at all, just attached it to the railing on my deck.
The access to the Overbrook station is excellent if you travel into the city everyday.

My only complaint might be that the students that live in the Ashwood across the street can sometimes get a little noisy, but I guess that is college students.
Also, I was told that the EH wouldn't rent to students, but I think that was a fib.

If I didn't purchase I would have definitely renewed here.
