If you live there, be prepared to be neighbor of insanely noisy undergraduates. It is not because they are living in this building, but they live in a building opposite. They will make very annoying noise in the mid-night. Also, in the cold days, don't be surprised to find tons of lady bugs in your apartment, which you have to spend more than two hours to clean up.
In addition, the rent here is higher than it should be worth. Personally I don't recommend this place to anyone.
