Please note that the reviews of 6/5/03; 6/4/03 and 5/29/03 are from an anonymous and mis-guided tenant(s). It is obvious from their tone and content that such person(s) has violated the rules and regulations of the Fairmount Terrace Apartments and is now seeking his or her revenge against the Complex by writing intentionally false and erroneous reviews and doing a dis-service to all future persons looking for a fair and honest review. It is unfortunate that some people in order to satisfy their lust for revenge go to such great extremes. The best way of doing your due diligence is to go to the Fairmount Terrace Apartments, look at the apartments, look at the grounds and talk to the Management and the people who live there and not believe what some anonymous individual full of hate and contempt writes on his computer.

I am a former tenant, and I read the reviews you speak of. Those reviews sound like legitimate complaints, and you sound like the crazy person committing the offenses!

Talk to anyone in the building and they will say, in person, everything that these "anonymous" former tenants have said here. If these are all so unfounded, then why do these complaints generally end up in court?
