Fairmount Terrace is a very reasonably priced, extremely convenient, spacious, apt bldg, very safe, mostly grad students and young professionals in the bldg. The management is nice and the maintence is responsive. I heard that if you are rude or piss of the management then the maintence can be a little slow, but overall its alright. In close proximity to Center City and PCOM's campus. I HIGHLY recommend it!
