The apartmen has essentially been a fine place to live for the most part. However, it has recently been discovered that the apartment we reside in is haunted. I, myself have witnessed what I can only describe as unaccounted for shadows that appear from time to time and my roommate has claimed to see flashes. Both of us have actually shared in the experience of lights being turned on by themselves. We think we know the origins of the ghost and honestly, we feel that we are responsible for its manifestations. As far as we know, it solemnly occupies our singular apartment and ours only. We cannot be absolutely sure of that though, so, in closing, Fairmount Terrace is a great place and if you can cope with harmless apparitions and the occassional mystery of wondering how that light got turned on, then Fairmount Terrace is for you! Mucho gusto!

Now B.J.M. don't go telling the nice people about our "ghost". We both that bitchboy is fully of crap, and all you saw was the broken light in my room...

I think it was a combination of the poor electrical wiring and the flooding! Must have been smoke.
