Even though the apartments are a nice size and having a balcony is great, its not worth the headache you get from trying to deal with the horrible management of this building. The halls and entry of the building are disgusting, with stained carpets, mismatched wall paint, wallpaper that has been half torn down for over a year. The manager of this apartment building is absolutely dreadful to even talk or discuss a problem with. She is unwilling to even listen to a concern. The maintanence man is great though, but with out any money from managemnet not much maintanence is done. The elevators in building desperately need to be repaired. Good luck getting your groceries into the building when the elevators are broke especially if your on the fifth floor like I am. The washers and dryers rarely work and there is almost never a sign warning you that is broke until after it has stollen your money, which you will never get back. Overall nice apartments but you can find a better place at a better price with much better management.
