Very slow response to maintenance and repair-weeks to months.

Turned in my parking permit in an envelope before moving out-manager claims that she didn't receive it-charged a large fee.

Look elsewhere.

Lady, for your sake, please read the reviews. Modern or not, this place is a nightmare. (But to answer your question, no, it's not - just look at the beautiful deathtrap carpeted elevators!)
