Building Manager the Worst

Dealing with the building manager was always a nightmare. Expect out-of-the-blue screaming, irrational behaviour, unprofessionalism and general obvious attempts to manipulate and deceive.
This is not the worst example, but a good one:
She says she is not going to enter your apt without permission, but she does it to many apts, all the time. She shows apts and checks on repairs by just going in, and hoping you wont find out. Even though I brought this issue up at the lease signing,a nd she signed a letter stating this would not happen, it happened. To the point that I was home one day, when she came by with 3 other people, and would have let herself in, but someone pointed out that my lights were on! Then she proceeded to use all of her low class bullying techniques to try to get me to let them in. No apology, no attempt to say there was a 'misunderstanding' or anything.

I was advised by another employee to change the locks and not tell her. If you have a complaint, she just starts yelling over you, hoping you'll give up.
Also, there are SERIOUS issues of pervasive water damage throughout the building. My bathroom ceiling had issues and Big leaks the whole time, and they kept telling me it was 'condensation', right.... If you decide to give in, like I did, to the large, modern apts despite obvious warning signs, BEWARE and dont rent on the ground floor or first floor. These apts got flooded 2 or 3 times in the 2 years I lived there. Twice people had to move out of the same first floor apts, and still, they keep renting them to new people! The fact that they are too cheap to even paint the "Fairmount Terrace" sign out front, even tho its mostly all peeled off, should be warning enough.
The manager is a habitual liar, and a very obvious one. The actual landlords are anonymous and never around. Who are they' And why do they trust this woman to run the building'
When I was moving out, the manager scheduled new people to move in, early the next day. So she 'secretly' had all kinds of appts made for showing the apt, having work done, inspecting it, all without my knowelge or consent. As I was moving out, she kept stopping by to rush me,a nd try to intimidate me. The people who came to clean the carpets, rearranged all of my things, and PUT THEM OUTSIDE!!! I was made to feel I was in the way, daring to use the last few days of my lease! Even worse, a couple of my things were damaged, and when I told the building manager, she started Yelling (!) at me and claimed I was lying! Someone even wrote grafitti on the bathroom sink, during this time. I had to scrub it off, which wasnt easy, for fear that the crazy woman would continue to harrass me. Unbelievable!!

Security was very poor, even tho the 'fairmount park rapist' had KILLEd a woman literally next door, in the woods. Even when the entrance gate was in use, the exit gate was always wide open, as well as some of the doors!

A few things that happened to me were so bad, I'd like to share them, but the manager will know who I am and I dont trust her!!
I never realized what a widespread negative influence ONE person can have! So, on the positive side, one person can have a huge POSITIVE impact too!
