I just put down a deposit and will be moving in in 2 weeks. I notice that most of these comments are not from 2006. Can someone provide an up to date review' Is there STILL a rodent/roach problem' I would not be able to live under those conditions. PLEASE respond!

If you have any problems which you will have with the poor management of the building, try to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING WITH PROOF and get a lawyer or you will get screwed!!! The landlord is a scum bag and will try her best to get your money. Good luck living there, you are going to need it.
