The apartment is simply awful. It may look nice when you visit the apartment, however almost all the units on the top floor have leaky ceilings which can not be fixed unless the landlord replaces the roof. The landlord will not replace the roof, trust me. Instead the landlord will have their maintenance workers spray paint and coat the leaky ceiling, which does not prevent any further leaks!!!

The whole apartment is full of molds and smell. Did I mention the place is infested with thousand-leggers and waterbugs' And talk about the parking spots!! And the loud noises you get from you neighbors. The walls throughout the building must be an inch thick, you can hear everything.

This place is sooo horrible and the managements are terrible. The landlord constantly gets sued by the tenants because of the extremely poor service and the falling apart condition of the building, which she will fix to the minimum amount of effort and money to prevent you from seeking legal assistance.

Save your time and money by looking else where. The place gave me soo much stress and probably shortened my life 10 years!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE.

THEY WILL NOT EVEN LET YOU MOVE OUT DURING THE WEEKEND OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR $250 a day for the weekend to move out!! READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SIGN IT!!!

How is the place holding up right now because I may have an appointment on saturday for the open house?......maybe more mice will move in with me...haha...No but seriously?
