I may have an appointment on saturday for the open house' Should I bring bug spray and some rat traps'

But for real is this place as bad as everyone makes it'

PS: please, no one from the management write some -------- on here lying about the place.

Look at all of the postings. I think that they should answer all of your questions (except the positive comments which were written by lawyers and children of the owners/management). The five plus positive ratings (all looking strikingly similar)are why the rating total is 22 percent and not much lower! Worst part is lying management. She will make it sound like things will improve with construction. It is still a dump, as you notice, she fixed up the lobbies and nothing else. If you can tolerate a staff with low morale, work that gets done in the cheapest way possible, security deposits that are never returned unless threats are made, then move in. You have been forewarned!
