I lived in Fairmont for 2 years. The management is egregious. They are unresponsive to resident needs. The security is NON-EXISTENT. My apartment was broken into once, car twice. There are NO security gaurds, and multiple entrance doors that people prop in order to let friends in. This allows for virtually no security. The management will try to take as much of you security deposit as possible, and they are very shady.
