I lived here for 1 year during medical school 2003-2004 and am surprised to read some of the comments posted. I lived on the 3rd floor, which is perhaps why I did not experience rodent/insect infestation. They actually replaced my stove with a new one within several days when it stopped working. There was definitely not enough parking for everyone, and the gated entrance was almost always open, but I did not experience any burglaries/break-ins.
